Our meal kits are designed to be quick and easy, with the majority of the mains, chef-made sauces, marinades, and dressings already pre-made, along with fresh vegetables and grains for you to add at home.
Most of our recipes do require cooking in pans, and, on occasion, an oven. Depending on the recipe, you may need to steam or boil vegetables such as kale and grains. Sauté and fry tofu and other vegetables such as broccoli, pak choi, and cauliflower.
