Absolutely! At Planthood, we offer meal options that are free from gluten to accommodate different dietary preferences and requirements.

Each week, at least half of our menu is gluten-free, and you can identify these options by the 'Gluten Free' icon displayed on the meal images. You can also filter and save it as your dietary preference.

However, it's important to note that while we take extensive measures to provide gluten-free choices, our kitchen handles allergens such as CELERY, SOYA, GLUTEN, NUTS (PEANUTS and TREE NUTS), MUSTARD, SESAME SEEDS, and SULPHITES. As a result, we cannot guarantee that our meals are entirely free from trace amounts of these allergens. Therefore, we recommend that customers with severe intolerances or allergies to these ingredients use caution when consuming our products.
