Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?Updated 4 months ago
Your first order is charged and created as soon as the order is placed. If you have an active order and you need to make changes, please reach out to our friendly customer support team, and we will do our best to accommodate the changes for you.
However, please note that changes can only be made if it is within our cut-off time.
- For Thursday deliveries: changes must be made by midnight on Sunday (12:00 AM Monday)
- For Monday deliveries: changes must be made by midnight on Thursday (12:00 AM Friday)
For orders that have already been dispatched, unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address or reroute the box delivery to a different address. This is because shipping labels are generated before packing, and boxes are assigned to different depots and delivery vans based on post code.
