How to change my shipping address?Updated 4 months ago

You can update your delivery address by logging into your online account under the 'Account Details' tab and going to the ‘Delivery Address’ section. Click ‘Add New Address’, enter the new details, and save them.

To apply the address to your subscription, go to My Subscriptions, click ‘Edit’ next to your meal box, and select the correct delivery address. Be sure to click ‘Continue’ to save your default address.

If you’re moving house, we recommend removing or deleting your old address to avoid any confusion with future deliveries.

Please note: Any changes — including delivery address updates, box size changes, meal selections, skips, pauses, or cancellations; must be made before the weekly cut-off.

  • For Thursday deliveries: changes must be made by midnight on Sunday (12:00 AM Monday)
  • For Monday deliveries: changes must be made by midnight on Thursday (12:00 AM Friday)

Changes made after the cut-off will apply to future renewals or orders only and won’t affect orders that have already been charged/processed.

Note: If you have an active order and need to change the delivery details, please contact us via email and our friendly customer support team will do their best to help (within the cut-off).
